Dancing Master Envisions Reality
Uranus, the ruler of this month’s New Moon, conjoins Vesta, the goddess archetype representing devotion early in the month. The symbol for Vesta is the flame. Both are in Aries a fire sign. How might this play out?
Single minded dedication to the breakthrough of a new technology.
An unusual expression of leadership with a humanitarian focus.
Uranus can represent the dictator too. Let’s imagine something Uranian like the second statement emerged. We’re just playing with archetypes. With a predominant Saturn/Neptune theme this year, one would want to practice objectivity, step back and witness before coming to final conclusions.
A longer term influence is the Jupiter opposition to Chiron on the 23rd. This is the second of three. 11/3/2015. 2/23/16. 8/12/16. Jupiter in Virgo also has a kind of devotional feel to it. Jupiter expands the concept of service and self-improvement. There are many roads, teachers, and options. One could say this Jupiter in Virgo year has been one to get a handle on priorities and decide what is important and what is not. Prioritize.
Chiron in Pisces immediately brings up notions about the collective. Chiron holds the opportunity to heal collective wounds. At the same time it knows about loss, illusion and deception. How to put both of these archetypes together?
Let’s say that early November, we had an intuitive knowing that our direction with work had to change. Jupiter in Virgo. Perhaps we started to notice an internal victim voice saying, “It’s all too much. I can’t take anymore” and that may have been personally directed due to too many tasks at hand or an observation of all the suffering in the world including the Syrian crisis. Some countries opened their welcoming arms, others debated, actions plans were made.
This month is a time of review. Reversals of intention could occur or further reflection on immigration. We might look at our own progress of managing our daily life, Jupiter in Virgo and Chiron in Pisces, reflect the energy of discernment and compassion. How will it be used effectively? Isn’t it wonderful to think that wounds may be healed. Is Jupiter overly optimistic? The flaws of strategies may become apparent and need to be reworked. Perhaps more join in to heal the crises in the world and others back off. Or, we reassign priorities in our own lives.
