This month’s New Moon in Gemini is official at June 4 at 7:59 PM Pacific time. And what a New Moon it is with Venus included in the mix!
Venus, the representative of our essential needs, conjoins with the New Moon. Venus in Gemini yearns for communication, with a mix of youthful exuberance, to identify and label what those vital, absolutely necessary to survive, wants are.
If you don’t know what you want, how can you bring what you need into your experience? Sometimes it is necessary to have open, honest, discussion, to see what the options are.
This Gemini New Moon increases the volume of the chatter on the Mutable T-square with Neptune, Jupiter and Saturn in Mutable sign— meaning lots of mental activity and uncertainty of which direction to choose.
The New Moon also may be the emotional spark, which goes direct to the Heart and Soul to know… ah yes, this is my choice, this is what I want and with this choice I am aligned with Spirit.
The question then is whether the channel is pure or whether the channel is not quite dialed in. This is one dilemma with this T-square.
If the message seems clear, write it down, so it is not forgotten. It can be reviewed after doing “due diligence”. Saturn, surely, awaits the requisite business case.
If Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius or Pisces is prominent in a birth chart, especially at 12-16 degrees, this time period, even without the New Moon in Gemini, can be a fraught with indecisiveness due to a whole pile of options. At the same time, the dreams and visions can be absolutely amazing!
Weeding out the alternatives, would be one New Moon in Gemini intention to make for the next lunar cycle.
We have some practical support in this endeavor. Mercury in Taurus is trine both Jupiter in Virgo and Pluto in Capricorn. Earth signs are practical. Trines can be ignored, during this Lunar Cycle, it can be helpful, at the very least, ground us.
Practical Options to set the stage for this New Moon in Gemini:
- Write your dreams in the sand and let the tide wash them into an Ocean of Trust.
- Consider any and all resources available (Venus) and remember local (Gemini).
- Write lists of options.
- If you have no one to talk to, write in a journal for clarity.
- Take a walk around the block and enjoy the beauty (Venus) of the neighborhood. Ideas can spark simply by taking a break.
- Consider the wisdom of an auntie or uncle, maybe a visit is in order.
- Meditate and purify the channel to Spirit.
Be sure to find time for play and fun!
