The image below is meant to convey the idea: for those with troubles or judgments understanding the workings of astrology — or that it works at all — without personally delving in and learning it, one will never know truly, what to believe about astrology. Not only that, one is at risk for making inaccurate statements.
An investigation into an unfamiliar topic is not enhanced through a cursory glance via media or Sun Sign horoscopes (though, with appreciation, they are certainly a way in for the curious), but through teachers, books and investigation beyond the commonly available external sources. Ultimately that knowledge can be confirmed internally through observation and correlation.
For all, consider where we learned what we know. What assumptions are made? What do we believe to be true and how did we come to this belief? Do we dismiss others because of what we don’t know for sure? Do we avoid others because of judgments we have not fully investigated. (For me, it feels like a delightful, unending life long task; one which comes with deep rewards from peeling off even the thinnest layers of judgment simply by switching to curiosity.)
While we cannot learn or know everything (too bad!) or desire to, we might direct our focus on where we hold judgment.
Because I am an astrologer, I am quick to notice judgment and avoidance from others relative to astrology and my relationship to it; however, this behavior can be true for any body of knowledge or any spiritual path.
Trusting I keep remembering this for myself; and, wishing you a wonderful Astrology Day while wondering what might delight either of us today. Peace.
