The Moon is the celestial body which cares for moving the fluid through the body, including the life force. In Aquarius, this will be erratic. During stressful situations, the nervous system is compromised. Weather, including the changes in barometric pressure, lightning, electricity, EMFs, even the fluctuating energy of crowds will impact the electrical and nervous system. On the positive side of the fluctuation, when we’re riding high,— talk about inspiration! The brain is supercharged with life force.
Jeffrey Wolfe Green wrote that Aquarius/Uranus correlates to the Hypothalamus, which is a small section of the brain that influences control over the autonomic functions in the peripheral nervous system. It is a super player in maintaining homeostasis of the body, and controls heat, sleep and even thirst and urine regulation through hormone secretion.
Moon in Aquarius is a time to be careful not to overstimulate else the body’s regulation system goes on the fritz.
Sun in Leo. Yea! Leo burns steadily. It is the sign of the heart and vital energy. This is a strong placement in general.
But, is this Full Moon chart that warm? It depends on the full moon chart for your location. Judith Hill (see the resources) writes that if the Sun and Saturn are below the horizon, then the chart is considered cold. This is the case, at least from the Pacific to the Eastern timezones above the Equator and partially below, but, not for example, in London.
It will be interesting to see if the summer heat is easier to take in North America with a cold chart or whether it will be more sluggish. The Sun and Saturn are in a wide trine, which support the strength of the vital energy, regardless of Saturn’s cold nature. Saturn is also cold because it is in a water sign, Scorpio.
Mars is still in Cancer and it is strengthened by Saturn, giving a strong constitution, but it is weakened by Uranus. That brings us back to electrical disturbances in the tummy. Erratic allergic reactions, may be the result and issues with the mucous membranes.
The Jupiter in Leo/Saturn in Scorpio Last Quarter Square can put some pressure on the heart from a wellness perspective.
Venus Retrograde in Virgo is also square Saturn. From personal experience, this square, may show up as hormonal challenges especially for females. Virgo rules the intestines and Saturn could make them sluggish as well. Jupiter still close to Venus would be a beneficial placement, but also might create a fluctuating condition especially since Jupiter is squaring Saturn. If health is responsibly cared for then, intestinal function is good, else not so much. Hill writes that Virgo can also bring on a sluggish liver. Pluto’s sesquiquadrate aspect to Venus creates a situation that is ripe for parasites.
Anything positive here? Uranus is trine Venus which can bring sudden improvements.
During this Full Moon cycle, it would be beneficial to control access to electrical pollution, stressful crowd situations and take breathers every once in a while. With that in place, it will be an inspired time— socially and mentally fun and freeing.
These are general statements based on the New or Full Moon chart. Each individual carries their own health and wellness map in their own horoscope. Based on personal observation, it ‘appears’ that there are more “complaints” of similar discomfort to a pattern in a moon phase chart. This is an exercise of observation and correlation.
